At Little Wolf Holistic Pets, I value your time and your pet’s well-being. These policies help ensure I can provide the best possible care while keeping my schedule fair for all clients.

Booking

• All sessions must be booked in advance through my online scheduling system.

• Payment is collected at the time of booking to reserve your spot.

• Availability is limited, so I encourage booking early to secure your preferred time.

Payment

• Online card payment through the booking system is preferred.

• Venmo or cash may be accepted if arranged in advance.

• Checks are discouraged and may not always be accepted.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

• If weather, emergencies, or your pet’s health prevent a session, I’ll do my best to accommodate a reschedule.

No-Shows

• If you miss an appointment without notice, the full session fee will be charged.

• Repeat no-shows may require pre-approval before booking future sessions.

Refunds

• Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

• If your pet is unable to participate fully (due to mood, stress, or discomfort), the session will be adapted — for example, shifting from massage to energy work — so they still benefit.
