Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Little Wolf Holistic Pets, I value your time and your pet’s well-being. These policies help ensure I can provide the best possible care while keeping my schedule fair for all clients.
Booking
All sessions must be booked in advance.
A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your spot, processed securely through Square or PayPal. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Availability is limited, so I encourage booking early to secure your preferred time.
Payment
Square and PayPal are preferred and available through the online booking system.
Venmo may be accepted for existing clients.
Cash is accepted when arranged in advance.
Checks are discouraged and may not always be accepted.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your 50% deposit.
If weather, emergencies, or your pet's health prevent a session, please reach out — I'll always do my best to accommodate a reschedule.
No-Shows
If you miss an appointment without notice, the full session fee will be charged.
Your deposit will be applied toward this fee.
Repeat no-shows may require pre-approval before booking future sessions.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.
If your pet is unable to participate fully (due to mood, stress, or discomfort), the session will be adapted — for example, shifting from massage to energy work — so they still benefit.
