Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Little Wolf Holistic Pets, I value your time and your pet’s well-being. These policies help ensure I can provide the best possible care while keeping my schedule fair for all clients.

Booking

  • All sessions must be booked in advance.

  • A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your spot, processed securely through Square or PayPal. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

  • Availability is limited, so I encourage booking early to secure your preferred time.

Payment

  • Square and PayPal are preferred and available through the online booking system.

  • Venmo may be accepted for existing clients.

  • Cash is accepted when arranged in advance.

  • Checks are discouraged and may not always be accepted.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your 50% deposit.

  • If weather, emergencies, or your pet's health prevent a session, please reach out — I'll always do my best to accommodate a reschedule.

No-Shows

  • If you miss an appointment without notice, the full session fee will be charged.

  • Your deposit will be applied toward this fee.

  • Repeat no-shows may require pre-approval before booking future sessions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

  • If your pet is unable to participate fully (due to mood, stress, or discomfort), the session will be adapted — for example, shifting from massage to energy work — so they still benefit.
