Why Walks — The Little Wolf Way

Movement is medicine — but not just "more steps." I offer decompression walks that prioritize sniffing, choice, and a calm pace to support nervous-system regulation, confidence, mobility, and better rest at home.

Walks are on-leash by default in your neighborhood or a nearby park. Off-leash is available only where lawful and when your dog is ready — always with your written authorization. For those ready to venture further, adventure walks and field trips are available with your approval.

Safety always comes first: appropriate harness or collar, visible ID, waste bags, and weather-aware planning with adjustments for heat, cold, and smoke conditions.

Sessions are fully consent-based — your dog can explore, pause, sniff, or take breaks at any time. I never force dog-to-dog greetings. Every walk is at your dog's pace, not mine.
